1. What should I do if a family member
passes away at home?
Call 8122-8622 or 8038-8968. If a family
member passes away at home with a
medical history, we will arrange for a
Doctor to be at your residence within 60
to 90 minutes to issue a
Death Certifacate.
You will need to prepare the following:- - Patient's NRIC - Patient's Medical Records (if any) - Patient's Medication
2. What do I need to prepare while
waiting for your team to arrive?
You will need to prepare the following:- - Photo of the deceased Hard / Soft copy
- Best Clothing x 01 set, inner garments,
shoes, socks, costume
jewellery (if any), dentures (if any) - Extra sets of clothing if you wish to place
them in the casket - Death Certificate / Permit to Cremate (if
available)
3. Where can I hold a Wake for my
deceased family member?
Wake can be held according to the
family’s convenience, in either at a
Funeral Parlour (please see our list of
affiliated parlours) or at HDB void deck or
HDB multi-purpose hall or even at your
own residence. For HDB venues, you will
require to get intouch with your
respective Town Council to make a
booking (available 24 hrs) and you will
be required to go in person with your
NRIC and a copy of Death Certificate to
make payments to the Town Council
(during office hours).
4. If cremation is opted, do I need to go to
Mandai Crematorium to make a
payment? What about for burials?
No. We will do it onbehalf of you and the
fee of S$100.00 which is already included
in most of our packages.
For burials, we will liaise on your behalf
with The National Environment Agency
(‘NEA’), charges will be of an additional
cost for burial and this payments are not
included in our packages. We will
arrange our contactors, who will liaise
with you directly on the arrangemets and
also the setup of tomb and its designs.
5. If my family memeber is the Palliative
Care can I make pre-arrangments?
Yes, this is definatly a great choice as it
will give you more time to do your

6. How do I arrange a Funeral without
wake service (Straight Case) for my
loved one?
Call us and we will arrange the funeral on
the same day (if time permits) If a death
occurs before 1pm, we can arrange for
the funeral to take place on the same day
(cremation time will be after 7pm) or the
next day morning depending on the slot
availability at Mandai Crematorium.
7. How do I arrange for a Covid-19
Positive Case of my loved one?
Contact us at 8122 6122 and we will
arrange the Funeral Service to your
preference of either a Straight Case or
with a Wake Service.
